Was als zweimonatige Sommerresidenz in Schweden begann, hat sich nun zu einem wandernden Restaurant-Popup in verschiedenen Städten Europas entwickelt. Für den Monat Dezember bringen wir mit “Hoons Singaporean” tropische Hitze nach Meran ins Ottmanngut! Das Menü wird sich auf Singapurs Schmelztiegel verschiedener Esskulturen sowie auf Ethels Erinnerungen von zu Hause stützen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, die farbenfrohe Küche Singapurs mit Ihnen zu teilen!
Es ist in dieser Zeit auch möglich im Ottmanngut zu übernachten. Wir bitten Sie hierfür das Ottmanngut direkt zu kontaktieren.

What started as a two-month summer residency in Sweden has now evolved into a wandering restaurant pop-up in various cities in Europe. For the month of december, we are bringing some tropical heat to Meran with Hoon’s Singaporean! The menu will draw on Singapore’s melting pot of different food cultures as well as Ethel’s memories from home. We can't wait to share the colorful cuisine of Singapore with you!
