We are teaming up with Merlin Labron-Johnson, Head Chef & Owner of Osip in Bruton, United Kingdom.

In 2019, Merlin opened his first solo venture, Osip, in Bruton, which was awarded a Michelin star just over a year later. Embodying his farm-to-table philosophy of cooking and inspired by the ‘tables d’hote’ of France, Merlin allows the quality of the ingredients available to guide his cooking, welcoming guests to his restaurant for simple and unpretentious courses that shine a light on the produce that Merlin grows himself at his nearby vegetable garden.

Tickets for this event are 110€/person for food and 60€ for wine pairing or 30€ for alcohol free pairing.
