Ember x Healthy Boy Band - DTM (DEUTSCHE TRADITIONS MAHLZEITEN)

Get ready for this automotive culinary experience. The Healthy Boy Band is in town!

Join us for a wild DTM lunch on Sunday September 25th.

The Healthy Boy Band is a cooking collective from Austria which operates between cooking, gastronomy and art.
Treating different societal and gastronomical questions in their works, the Healthy Boy Band doesn’t really drive for the optimum.
It’s more a constant touching of topics, which seem to be in contemporary interest to our industry or society.
In quite spontaneous dinner or cooking performances we are trying to send messages beyond how the plate looks or the food tastes.

To give you a short explanation what the name is all about:

Healthy – because we are living an extremely unfulfilling healthy lifestyle.

Boy – because we are the boys of our dads (and mums of course), and we want to be compared to the spice girls at some point.

Band – because everything we do together is about creating atmosphere, and not really about cooking.

The Collective consists of Philip Rachinger, Lukas Mraz and Felix Schellhorn – all sons of chefs, grown up in the kitchens of the parental restaurant/hotel.

Tickets for this event are 170€/person and include all food and drinks.
