Connection offers a 10 seat kitchen table dining experience in an intimate environment. It is a reflection of my personal journey and experiences to date. All aspects of the experience stem from the postive happenings in my life inside and outside the kitchen.
We are a highly seasonal restaurant and work with only the finest produce. Our menu changes regularly to represent the best of what is in season.
My kitchen combines experiences from inspiring restaurants such as Studio, Henne Kirkeby Kro, The Fat Duck, El Celler de can Roca and The Hand and Flowers.
