In order to book an event, RSVP will need the following information: name, address, mobile number, email address, and payment information.

RSVP will not forward or share any information about you, your preferences, or your bookings to any third parties, ever.

RSVP does not store any payment information, these are only handled by our secure payment provider.

RSVP may use statistical data on events and bookings in order to provide suggestions for future events, and may provide these suggestions to you, if you so choose. Opting in or out of newsletters and notification of events can be done at any time from your profile page, or in writing to


RSVP will not share any information on a specific user, unless compelled to do so by duely authorized court order. Statistical data regarding specific events may be shared for the purpose of improving future events, in such way that no indivual user may be identified or targeted.


All RSVP client applications, including the website, use SSL over HTTP to provide encrypted communications for all requests. No event, profile or booking data is ever transmitted in clear text.

The RSVP server and hosting environment is regularly audited for compliance with industry leading regulatory requirements, including ISO/IEC 27001:2005, Service Organisational Control (SOC 1 and SOC 2 SSAE 16/ISAE 3402), Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix (CSA CCM), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) Level 1.


RSVP does not use cookies in any purpose, shape or form. In order to provide secure login features a token-based authentication system is employed, however this provides no tracking or data collection of any kind.
