Vegan Cheese and British Wine Talk
An exciting evening of plant-based cheese and British wine tasting with 5 carefully selected artisan plant-based cheeses expertly paired with 5 English wines.
Previously working for Simon Rogan at his 3 Michelin Star restaurant Lenclume and for Heston Blumenthal at his 3 Michelin Star Restaurant The Fat Duck; Chef Liam Penn has carefully selected 5 of the finest plant based artisan cheeses on the market.
Liam will give a talk on their backgrounds, the producers and their methods for making them and then talk about the way the wines he has selected match the flavour qualities of the cheese.
Aside from being an avid plant-based cheese connoisseur, Liam Penn currently runs pop ups throughout Bristol in the theme of Edible Storytelling. With each season comes a new theme, story, flavours and menu and is always plant based. The event will be held at Sandwi, by Bristol Temple Meads Station.
