Created by Mary San Pablo, LUTO is a supper club that transports you to her motherland, the Philippines. Presenting you with a reiteration of national classics in a British context, lovingly translated with western seasonal ingredients and processes.
For this event Nick and Bianca of To Be Consumed are hosting and popping open 4 of their favourite bottles to pair with the 4 courses.
Having already collaborated together during lockdown with wine pairings with LUTO meal kits, both are delighted to be able to invite you to indulge in your curiosity and unearth new favourites from Asia's culinary underdog and from the To Be Consumed shelves.
