Hosted by the wonderful Judy Ross in her lovely Hillview Hideaway, Highlands Dinner Club invites you strap in for a multicourse sustainable seafood feast and screening of the short documentary film, The Fish in the Sea, about sustainable fishing on the stunning west coast of Scotland, by Zev Robinson, founder of www.theartandpoliticsofeating.com. 
Come meet the filmmaker and the chefs and experience an exceptional locally sourced menu.

White toast point, smoked local trout, burnt ramp bulbs, bleu cheese, horseradish whipped cream

Rye toast point, cultured butter, radish, Bottarga, micro parsley

Grilled oysters, umami butter

Shad roe, ramp greens, bacon, hard cider mostarda

Eclade de moule (weather permitting)


Seated courses:
 
Morel, scallop & ramp mousse, watercress, oyster mushrooms

Beer battered invasive snakehead or lionfish, grilled knotweed shoots, gribiche

Olive oil poached monkfish, clam, fiddleheads, pea shoots, tapenade

Halibut & kurobuta pork cheek surf n turf, zupa ogorkowa, sour cream, nettle pesto, dill

Dessert: Sourdough rye orange waffle, whipped cream, roasted corn, dulce de leche, black tobiko
