About Terroir Berlin 2019:
'Terroir' describes a unique 'sense of place' shaped by the environment and impacted by people through the course of history, politics, religion, migration and trade. These elements manifest through the food we eat and share. Terroir believes that by educating food leaders about regional food systems, how to support farmers and producers as well as the challenges we all face in our daily work, we have the power to help support strong healthy, resilient food systems that support and advocate for a sustainable food future.
Terroir Berlin 2019 will showcase how community can act as a vanguard to support that change through workshops, panels and a collaborative dinner.
