Looking for a festive gift that supports ethical, independent producers and Terroir Talk's ongoing work in international gastrodiplomacy communities?
Look no further!
These delicious chocolates link the Terroir community of producers together in one unique offereing. In partnership with Berlin's Candide artisanal chocolate manufacturer, this holiday box of custom chocolates is made using cacao sourced through direct trade.
Candide’s chef, Daniel Budde, has handcrafted a beautiful set of pralines to support and celebrate our network of Terroir producers including:
- Tuscan olive oil from Castello di Potentino
- Salt from Newfoundland Salt Company
- Tea sourced by Rare Tea Company from Alexander Kay in Malawi
- Maple Sugar from New Brunswick Association of Maple Syrup Producers
Each box contains 18 pralines. Proceeds from the sales will go towards supporting future Terroir programs, continuing to promote a path of sustainable and ethical practices within our hospitality community.
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PRALINES
The Terroir pralines will be available to order from Thu Nov 28th - Thu Dec 12th. The chocolates will then be available to pick up in Berlin on either Dec 18th or 19th. Alternatively, delivery is available for orders of 4 or more boxes.
