VQA Wines of Ontario is excited to invite wine fans and food lovers to participate in our next edition of the #VQAatHome Live Chef Sessions – a series featuring top chefs from around the world, who school participants on the tips and tricks of the trade. These fun and informative live cooking sessions feature signature seasonal dishes, all paired with local VQA wines.
The Terroir Edition of our #VQAatHome Live Chef Sessions will be hosted by Ontario-based chef duo, Ricky and Olivia. With a focus on Ontario ingredients and supporting local farmers, their vision and cuisine reflect Ontario’s diverse culture. Much of their inspiration derives from their food memories, experiences and traditional cultural dishes. This collection of recipes showcases moments of nostalgia, as well as unique wine pairings.
