We are so so excited to welcome the inspiring chefs from Silo, a highly reputable zero-waste restaurant in Brighton, UK.

Silo was founded from a desire to innovate the food industry whilst demonstrating respect for the environment, the way food is generated, and for the nourishment given to our bodies. All of which fits perfectly with our values at NOFO, and is why we cannot wait to hear more about their story!

Douglas & Blair will dish up a three-course plantbased menu followed by a discussion on how "zero waste is nature". The talk will give you insight into beneficial ways to combat waste, and remove the reliance for an industrial system.
