Alex's “Muddy Boots” journey began in the UK, progressing through Denmark where foraging for natural flavours sparked his interest, and more recently onto South Africa, where he learned to create fresh flavorsome beers from natural, foraged ingredients. Earth Ale was born as a result of his passion for food, travel and beer.
