SARAP Filipino BBQ & Lechon has a simple mission – to take the authentic flavours of the Philippines and deliver it in a local and contemporary narrative. Ferdinand 'Budgie' Montoya started SARAP originally as a monthly supper club, it has since become a full time affair taking up kitchen residencies in London.
LUTO was created by Mary San Pablo, a supper club that transports you to her motherland. Having met a few years ago at The Quality Chop House, Amelie & Mary joined forces last year and are now hosting a series of dinners taking influence from the rich heritage of the several thousand islands of the Philippines and their history.
