TOU is proud to announce their first ever guest chef series for 2020. Chefs confirmed to form part of this formidable lineup so far include: Jeremy Chan (Ikoyi, London), Jeff Claudio (Rosita’s Deluxe, Berlin), Leo Carreira (The Sea, The Sea, London) and fellow sandwich extraordinaire, Max Halley (Max’s Sandwich Shop, London). Each will present their own creative interpretation of a Katsu Sando and pickles.

The series will start as it means to go on, kicking off with Michelin-starred philosopher-chef, Jeremy Chan of Ikoyi Restaurant. Jeremy will create his own Katsu sando and own pickles.

Each ticket will include one Katsu sando, pickles and one Quello sparkling wine.

The sando will be available for one day only to the general public throughout the day and, come the evening, TŌU will host a party designed to optimise the experience of the unique sando with music and a paired drink - from 6pm access to TŌU will be exclusive to ticket holders only.

TŌU is situated within at Arcade Food Theatre on Tottenham Court road. 

For this event, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any dietary requirements.
