For finalé of our spring guest chef series, we are looking forward to being joined by Sam Lomas of the renowned Devon restaurant and small holding, Glebe House.
In recent years, Sam has carved out his own unique style of cooking that encompasses a farm-to-table philosophy alongside finessed, stripped back dishes where the focus is purely on provenance and flavour.
Having eaten at Glebe House on a research trip just before opening Holm, Sam caught our eye once again in the 2022 series of Great British Menu, where he wowed the judges with his produce driven-dishes, earning a place in the finals of the competition.
Sam will be collaborating with Nicholas and the Holm team to produce a six-course menu of dishes including some of Sam's exemplary charcuterie, sourdough and pasta skills.
Please arrive promptly at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. This is a set menu only event - please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking and we will try our best to accomodate them.
The ticket price includes a welcome drink, as well as a 12.5% service charge that goes directly to our team.
