Familia is a celebration of our team at Salon and Levan, giving our up-and-coming Chefs and Front of House people the opportunity to take centre stage for the evening.
For the first in a series of collaborative monthly events, the February edition of Familia will see Salon Junior Sous Chef Connor Gibson write the menu, whilst Levan's Zeyn David picks the drinks pairings and runs the floor.
Connor joined us in Spring 2018, having previously worked at Lupins in London Bridge. He was promoted to Junior Sous Chef in Autumn 2019, having shown not only his skills on the pots and pans, but also his excellent palet; his dishes that we've put on the menu have been bold, vibrant and very creative.
Zeyn started at Levan in Spring 2019, and before that worked at St John Bread & Wine. As well as loving his natty wine, Zeyn also runs our fermentation and soft drinks program at Levan... His kombucha scoby, Leslie, is a treasured possession!
We're really excited to give our team their time to shine, and we suggest you join us so you can experience it with us, too.
Tickets cost £29pp, which covers a four course set menu. An optional drinks pairing will be available for £29pp.
