Sushi Sho has been making edomae sushi in Vasastan in Sthlm since 2014, recieved a Michelin Star in 2016 and has kept it ever since. Inspiration is drawn from the best places all over japan through extensive visits and travel. But always with a casual and relaxed service. Sushi Sho probably has the most extensive Sake selection in the scandis and drinks are also firmly on the center stage. Good vibes and high-end sushi is the name of the game. Carl Ishizaki, sushi veteran and founder of Sushi Sho will taking over Bar Ruby with friend and co-worker Joakim Karlsson.
