R A S A dining is an intimate and thoughtful dining experience inspired by a diversity of music, cultures & communities.
This dinner will be an intimate journey of family ties & a refined take on hearty Northern Italian cuisines: from mother to daughter, from Piedmont to Lombardy - collecting, understanding and recreating hyperlocalised dishes to connect the dots.
Join us on Sunday 10th December at Peckham Cellars (two minute walk from Queens Road station). Your ticket includes a seven course menu comprised of seasonal, local foods, mostly sourced from Farms in Sussex & Kent. We will also be offering a curated wine pairing - Five wines from both Piedmont and Lombardy - and wine by the glass/ drinks on the night.
Team Our team for this dinner is made up of professional cooks and enthusiastic home cooks with the combined effort and goal to produce quality food.
Fixed Menu (subject to change - Vegetarian menu available) Bagna Caoda, crudite (f,d) Rane Fritte -Fried frogs legs, salsa verde Ravioli ai fiori di campo-Spelt agnolotti filled with fresh cheese, sunflower seed creme, dried summer flowers (v,d) 'Finanziera'- A forgotten Piedmont classic: Sweet & sour offal stew, cabbage Panissa alla vercellese- Risotto with fava beans, lardo & grana padano sauce Cervo all'olio, polenta di cavalo nero, topinambur - Venison cooked in oil, cavalo nero polenta, roasted jerusalem artichokes (d) Pere al barolo, rosmarino, Burro bruciato - Compressed charred pear in red wine, rosemary ice cream, brown butter crumb (v,d) Bonet, panna montata - Cacao & amaretti pudding, hand whipped cream (v,d)

We can accept refunds up to 2 days before the event, where a £30 charge per person will incur within 48 hours of the event.
