In April we welcome the indomitable Alex Jackson, protégé of Stevie Parle and his partner and head chef at Sardine. Alex was formerly head chef at both Dock Kitchen and Rotorino, as well as having shaken pans at the illustrious Chez Pannisse and April Bloomfield's Tosca in San Francisco. Alex will be cooking a Provencale feast, signature to Sardine, and we'll be opening the rosé and pretending we're on the south coast of France. Tickets are £50, excluding drinks and service.
