The Quality Chop House is one of our very favourite restaurants in London. Shaun Searley and his team have not only elevated mince on toast to lofty heights but have a magic knack for producing magical modern British menus that seem to predict exactly what it is you want to eat on any given day.
We don't like to sanctify or demonise foods but we would do a lot of very bad things for the confit potatoes. Happily they are on the menu.
