At Coombeshead Farm in the heart of Cornwall’s countryside, Tom Adams and April Bloomfield have created their very own version of The Good Life. They hand-rear pigs and chickens, grow vegetables and fruit, take honey from the hive and bake bread using British, stone-ground grains.
Guests to their rural idyll have the full ‘farm to table’ experience, from Mangalitza bacon for breakfast, to homemade fig leaf gin on their nightstands. Tom and Jeremy first cooked together at The Blueprint Café, before Tom went on to found Pitt Cue Co and Jeremy joined QV. We look forward to their reunion at the Dean Street stoves.
