Notes from a Tough Year: What Food Media Can Learn from Bordain and JGold
MAD
Sun 26 Aug 11.00 - 11.00
To Be Announced

This is a breakout session where participants and panelists will try to make each other feel better about the bitter loss of two giants of food and media. Bourdain's partners at Roads & Kingdoms will lead a participatory conversation about what made Tony and JGold so essential in food media, and how to continue the kind of work they championed. If it all just devolves into a bunch of incense-lighting and wrapping the kafan around these writers and their legacy, that's fine by us. But this is also a critical time for media, and for food media in particular, so let's talk about how to make it all better, in their name and in yours.
