Behind the aggressive tech language is an incredible force re-shaping what it means to be a human being: the way our kids learn, they way we shop, date, exercise – and also they way we produce and cook our food. Merging chef’s creativity with new technology is an exciting playing field but holds big unanswered questions. The workshop will show dominant technology visions explained with cases from both the food scene and related industries. Mads Holme Partner, ReD Associates Holme has spent the last ten years helping companies find new growth areas based on deep understanding of the customers' and consumers’ world and the contexts shaping the business environment. His work focuses on exploring methodologies and techniques that enable decision-making and how companies can transform opportunities into new capabilities, products, or acquisition targets. He is experienced in directing and implementing innovation programs working in close collaboration with cross-functional client teams. Mads holds a Masters in European Ethnology and Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen.
