Robots are taking over, chain restaurants are eating all the profits and Silicon Valley is giving birth to monster food companies that make soulless plain food. This workshop is part tour de force through the technologies that are rapidly reshaping the spaces where we make and consume food, and part a highly interactive session to explore how we best use technology to shape the restaurant world like we want to see it. We believe technology is a tool to reshape the culture of restaurants, give chefs superpowers and enable a wider change in our industry. What's your take?
