Chefs and culinary agents outside of their kitchens are no longer unusual, but important actors with great potential. Our generation has the curiosity, the motivation, the responsibility to connect with their communities and change social dynamics for the better. But, how can we use all this momentum to truly connect with the needs and leverage the potential of communities?
This workshop will use Food for Soul as a case study to explore solutions that are both transformative and sustainable, in an historical moment to build bridges and spaces for exchange.
