Achieving drawdown in your kitchen, Chad Frischmann

This interactive workshop will explore how individuals and restaurants can become active participants in the global movement to achieve “drawdown”, the point when concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere begin to decline. The climate impact of the food system may come as a surprise to many. Yet, the decisions we make every day on the food we produce, purchase and consume is perhaps the single most important contribution every individual can make to reversing global warming. The workshop aims to co-create a plan of action to engage culinary leaders as “Drawdown Ambassadors” to the world.
