From Vincent (Founder of TEST KITCHEN):
“I’m really excited to welcome my good friend Kwame to Hong Kong. I met Kwame at a popup dinner concept where we travelled across America over three months. And I opened TEST KITCHEN, he was the chef who did our first ever popup back in Spring 2015, and I’ve watched him rise in the culinary world ever since. Kwame has cut his teeth at some of the world’s best fine dining restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park and Per Se in New York, competed in Top Chef Season 13, and opened the critically-acclaimed Kith/Kin in Washington D.C.; to now an author to Notes from a Young Black Chefand awarded James Beard Rising Star 2019. I’m simply in awe and am so pleased to see him make his mark with his own concepts. I can’t wait for him to bring his African Caribbean cuisine back to Hong Kong.”
