RSVP kicks off its collaboration with KitchenAid to curate their London Experience Store for a series of exciting pop-ups. Two x Two will bring together pairs of chefs from the UK and abroad to showcase their culinary expertise and heritage. We begin with Andrea Zagatti (formerly of City Social, Mugaritz, and Osteria Francescana) and Santiago Lastra (formerly of Mugaritz and Noma Mexico). The two chefs have designed a menu where each creates a twist on the other's dish. Read more about the chefs at GastroInsider.
Join us for a relaxed (standing) gathering over a selection of small bites and drinks on the 4th, or for the intimate, 5-course chef's table experience with full beverage pairing on the 5th.
The team at Peter Spanton will be designing some bespoke cocktails for both days.
