On Sunday 1 October, for World Sake Day, with our dear friends from Sake36 we decided to organise the first Zum heiligen Teufel brunch.
ITALY x JAPAN 6 dishes inspired by Italian cuisine with the usual Berlin touch from our chef Antonio di Santo and his special team! A menu with the Berlin twist, a menu that looks to the world of the Sol Levante, a journey from the Bel Paese to the Far East.
Good, excellent saké to accompany it all. Exclusive selection and pairing created by our dear friend Richie Hawtin and the great team from Sake 36.
An unusual brunch, a journey into the pleasure and enjoyment of taste. Pure hedonism.
MENU
Egg 64 baked tomato, basil, crispy bread and parmesan cheese
Toasted sandwich Pecorino cheese, kimchi and caramelised onion
Pan fried lasagna Ragu Bolognese and bechamel sauce
Like a nicoise.... Romaine lettuce, radicchio, endive, tomatoes, green beans, red onion, capers and potatoes
DESSERT Chawanmushi Kombu and salted caramel
Zabaione Pear, ricotta and dark chocolate
Entire menu to be shared x two persons 60 euros (price for 2 persons), single dish 15, dessert 10. Reservations require the purchase of a ticket for a minimum of 1 dish.
Drinks will be charged separately.
