the time has finally come to celebrate the most evocative season of the year with your loved ones at the "Zum heiligen Teufel" with unique celebrations and a special menu.
This Christmas we decided to 'make it weird'.
This year a real trip.
On the menu great classics. We start with tradition, iconic dishes and products of Italian cuisine.
As a pasta dish, two tastings.
Indispensable on Apulian tables at Christmas lunch the orecchiette, classic topping the Cime di Rapa. Afterwards, lasagna. Crunchy, pan fried.
A French twist: mushrooms, bechamel and delicate madeira truffle sauce.
As second course the duck, feel like being in the Far East.
To close: what luxury. The "Stollen" but how you haven't eaten it yet.....l
