We are delighted to be joined by Sophie Godwin and Adam Bush, both incredibly well established and experienced food writers who want to pass on their insight and knowledge to YOU.
In this workshop, Sophie and Adam will be guiding you through their methodology: How they approach recipe writing from starting point right, testing and refining, right through to achieving that final written recipes. They'll talk about what editors are looking for when they commision them, and finding your unique voice within the recipe space.
Adam Bush is a food writer, baker and chef with ten years experience in the industry from cooking in Michelin starred restaurants to working as Deputy Food Editor at Olive Magazine and BBC Good Food. He co-runs a monthly supper club with Sophie, with a new exciting venture in the pipeline.
Sophie Godwin is a food writer and private chef with nine years experience in the industry, from running her own small catering company to her work most notably as a ghost writer with 12 cookbooks under her belt, including working with Mob Kitchen, Sainsbury's, Heinz and more. During her 3-year tenure at BBC Good Food she created over 300 recipes for both online and print.
