Coming in from Copenhagen’s BRACE, co-owner and head chef Nicola Fanetti will be collaborating with HERMANN’S head chef Andrea Iannicella for a casual fine dining experience.
Over the course of two evenings, Nicola and Andrea will create a five-course dinner where the contemporary culinary inspirations of Italy and Scandinavia meet in a pop-up like no other.
Nicola Fanetti is a Michelin-star chef from northern Italy. After working in renowned restaurants across Denmark and Italy, Fanetti opened BRACE in Copenhagen which draws on an Italian culinary heritage in a Nordic context.
Andrea Iannicella is a Berlin-based and Italian-born chef specializing in contemporary cuisine. He has worked in restaurants and pop-ups across the world and now resides in Germany, where he is the head chef at HERMANN’S.
