FOG AND DUST: part two
FOG AND DUST is a dining collaboration between chef/artists Caique Tizzi and Chelsea Turowsky. The first iteration of this concept took place in November 2018 at Cafe Bravo at KW Institute for Contemporary Art Berlin. One year after and presented by Bon Bock Platform for Culinary Exchange, we invite you to discover Monopol, a vacant, ethereal Berlin distillery where the artists will host you beside fire as they further explore the nature of fog and dust through an immersive, intimate five course meal.
