In the heart of one of Dublin's oldest suburbs, midst a sprawling city, a little oasis of green connects city with nature. In this space, the Cassidy family run an organic homestead, trying to live off the land as much as possible.
Farm to fork Lunch will begin with a tour of the farm by Rossa Cassidy, to see where and how they grow their produce, house hens and ducks, and understand the cycle of a sustainable homestead.
This little tour will be followed by lunch hosted by Grálinn, focusing on the produce available on the farm served with seasonal Calendar Coffee.
While the kitchen handles all 14 allergens and is not suitable for serious allergys.
This meal however is suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians.
