Join Steven Edwards and his team for a one-night interactive pop up at Hotel du Vin, Brighton. Enjoy a 6 course menu inspired by seasonal produce in and around the Sussex countryside. Steven will describe each course, where it came from and the inspiration behind it.
All dietary restrictions are catered for and the menu will be adapted accordingly.
There will be a bar on site and an option to purchase a wine flight (5 wines matched to the menu).
