On June 17, we are hosting a wonderful long table dinner with Danish raw harvest and products as the main focus! The dinner offers three wonderful dishes in the most beautiful surroundings at The Lab Kitchen - a wonderful occasion to come together and create lasting memories.
The dinner will feature a fusion of exquisite flavors and culinary delights including lovely vegetables from local agriculture, Danish produced miso from ‘Nordic Koji’, delicious organic lentils & legumes from ‘Pure Dansk’, cool Danish kombucha from ‘D ferments’ natural wine, non-alcoholic wine from Etiquette winery’, great olive oil from ‘Psyche Organic’ and many other good things!
We will ensure a delightful experience for yout taste buds.
Through the dinner, we want to raise awareness about the importance of seasonal eating and support for local farms and producers. This is an ideal and tangible approach to eating in a sustainable way!
