Casa Mae is hosting a gastronomic cycle of 7 fine-dining dinners by chef Pedro Limao celebrating 7 seasonal iconic Algarvian produce.
Running every Friday from Oct 14th to Nov 25th, the 12-moment gastronomic experience will focus on one of the 7 selected iconic produce – from the raw product to powder, foam, smoke, the cuisine will experiment textures and combinations - expect boldness and surprises, and the best of Portuguese produce with sourcing from Casa Mae farm cultivated according organic and permaculture principles and from our selection of local producers!
