BASTARDA is back for her second bite. Join us in an epic collaboration with Empirical Spirits of Copenhagen, a game-changing, brain-melting distillery by Lars Williams (previoulsy head of R+D at NOMA) creating free-form spirits from barley koji.
BASTARDA will be throwing a Vietflo dinner over fire, using bi-products from Empirical's processes and hooking up flavours and energies between spirits and food. Think Koji Fried Crackers, Fish Heads with Berries and Peanut Dust, Hanging Shoyu Chicken and Douglas Fir Custard.
Naturally, there will be wine too so expect hard to find juice and brand new releases from the BASTARDA cellar and friends.
Tickets include full dinner, and all drinks including wine, Empirical spirits and cocktails.
We are crazy lucky to be hosted by CLIMPSON'S ARCH - previously used as a launchpad for unparalleled projects such as SOM SAA, Londrino and BRAT. We will be re-igniting those famous fires, re-stocking the fridges and dusting off the memories of one of East London's most iconic ghetto garages.
