Having met in the very early days of Holm, we have been admirers of Ana's cooking for some time now. Originally from Galapagos, Ana has been based in the South West for a number years now building an enviable reputation as a rising star in her own right, as well as overseeing the food offering as Chef Director of Country Fire Kitchen and bespoke events outfit Fireside Feasts.
We're excited to collaborate with Ana on a menu that joins the dots between her Latin American roots and South West locale with six course menu of flavour-driven dishes cooked over fire.
Please arrive promptly at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. This is a set menu only event - please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking and we will try our best to accomodate them.
The ticket price includes a welcome drink, as well as a 12.5% service charge that goes directly to our team.
