This year, Guerilla Dining by Silver.Spoon invites you to a throwback reenactment of decadent Thanksgiving celebrations of eras past 25 - 28 November. Walk through the double doors into a fabricated universe where we all unknowingly play a part in the performance and unfolding of the evening. All the World's a Stage is a reflection of the orchestrated nature of society and our places within it.
We're keeping mum about the evening's menu, as always, but we'll throw you a bone. This year will see a special collaboration on menu design between Silver.Spoon chef, Ronni Mikkelsen (DK) and the Four Season Hotel Ritz's Executive Chef, Pascal Meynard.
And what better way to top it all off than with champagne? Yes, we said champagne. We went all out this time, as in 5-course champagne pairing.
Grab a partner, rehearse your lines, suit up in your Sunday best, and join us onstage to revel in the excess of this traditional, food-focused celebration. Just remember to wear something with a waistband one size too large. You'll need it when you gorge yourself with the wonderfully rich offerings of a table laden with the autumn harvest. Or, maybe, it's in preparation for the dancing and mingling after the long-table feast.
