ABOUT ADAM RAWSON

I've been a chef for 11 years now, I started cooking at 15 when I returned to the UK having lived in France for 10 years. I've worked under some of London's most coveted chefs in Nuno Mendes, Claude Bosi, and Gordon Ramsay. Having left my last job in December (head chef of Pachamama Restaurant), I've decided to travel to countries that are well known for their cuisine and bring menu's back to London! I also won the Young British Foodies chef of the year last year!
