The brand new Terroir Warsaw will take place between 27-28th May 2018 bringing international chefs including Amanda Cohen (New York), Jp McMahon (Ireland) and Mark Best (Sydney) to the Polish capital alongside revered journalists, press, culinary tourism experts and sommeliers for a two day exploration and conversation about Poland’s rich culinary diversity and all the ways its varied traditions and histories have pieced together to form a food identity ripe with innovation.
