AvantGardenLife is the co-creation of Tash and Miriam. They concentrate on the practice of sustainable wildcrafting, foraging, local herbalism and intuitive cooking. Everything is collected from our garden in Strausberg, Brandenburg, the surrounding forests, on our many travels or sourced from local farmers. We develop recipes, fermented products and medicine from these local plants, concentrating on sustainability, circularity and zero waste. Our main aim is to bring herbalism and food back to its traditional roots bringing people together, through collaborating and working with others, as a team or alone. We accomplish this through workshops, pop-up dinners/creative catering, art installations or interactive art pieces.
