here is this weeks tentative menu. its subject to change based on market produce!
kabeljau (white fish from the north sea) ceviche. served with pickled beetroot red onion and lime. topped with fresh herbs and sumak tortilla chips
slow cooked artichokes stuffed with lemon, feta, mint and pine nuts. served with fresh herb salad.
surf and turf of lamb and scallops. lamb can be substituted for blistered asparagus.
olive oil cake with strawberry rhubarb drizzle.
