My whole idea to start bringing, the, as i call them " POLISH GODS OF FOOD" to Berlin started with Rafał, I even managed to get the amazingAleksander Baron in March - also because of Rafał.
We've been planning this since about last year and now the time has finally come!
This Thursday Dinner will be presented by one of greatest chefs in Poland, who was actually the first polish Chef i noticed and got amazed by the magic of his dishes.
Rafał's pieces of art ( BernOnTable )are not only his food creations He is a well known artist and carpenter. He studied photography, archeology ...i actually think he can do everything.
Rafał is one of these chefs who cooks strictly local, regional, fresh...his ingiriedniets are naturally born in forests, medows, lakes..he even does his own (SMOKED) honey...(wow)
