The Home-Grown Project aims to bring you a rotation of unique communal dining experiences every month, showcasing the work of local talented makers and creators. A mix of everything from food, to wine and ceramics. It’s all about championing those that are doing it for themselves!
In the first of the series, Home-Grown introduce Planted, Young British Food Award 2016 finalists, Molly and Gabriella. Expect a five course rustic Italian inspired plant-based menu, using locally-sourced, organic ingredients and a welcome prosecco!
Silvia K, a local ceramicist and recent Elle Design Award winner, will be showcasing a range of her contemporary terracotta ceramics, with each course being plated on several different wares.
Other makers include Pelicano Coffee Roastery in Brighton, who will be serving up their 'Smokey Bird' blend on the night and throwing in a bag of beans to be enjoyed at home.
There will also be an open bar all evening, offering local organic wines, craft beers and soft drinks.
