These are the chefs that tried something nobody had ever done before. Eight months ago they set out on a journey, travelling around the world. Each month the OSHP team lived in a new country, where they built a week-long restaurant, serving a completely new menu out of everything they discovered.
So far their restaurants have taken them to Everest base camp, night trains through Vietnam and to the streets of Mumbai.
This summer the team are bringing everything back to Hong Kong!
