Polish Thursday Dinners present a very special dinner starring one of best and most creative, innovative and experimental polish chefs: Aleksander Baron. Aleksander, owner and head chef of gourmet, avant garde restaurant Solec 44 and recommended by Slow Food International and Gault&Millau Polskais, is coming to Berlin straight from Warsaw to show you what Polish cuisine really is.
You already know Julia Bosski anyway. She convinced Aleksander to come to Berlin and that is already a great success.
