We invite you for the special edition of Polish Thursday Dinners: new Polish infused with Dutch cuisine. Masterpiece menu by Waal Sterneberg and Julia Bosski.
The menu will be composed of the highest quality local products from around Berlin and Poland. The wine will be selected by the master of the house - Willi Schlögl.

1. Aperitiv: Polish cider from Gospodarstwo Agroturystyczne "koziarnia"
2. Mackerel, fennel escabèche, BBQ pepper, mint (Makrele, Fenchel escabèche, BBQ paprika und Pfefferminze)
3. White asparagus, rhubarb, verveine, hazelnut, Polish smoked cheese from Tatra mountains (Weisse Spargel, Rhabarber, Verveine und Haselnuss, Polnische Bergkkäse)
4. Beef tartare, smoked herring, pickles, sourdough rye bread from BONA Kollektiv (Beef Tatar, geräuchertem fisch, pickles, Schwarzbrot)
6.Pavlova with legendary wine, DonPX Gran Reserva 1987 (gold medal and trophy for the best dessert wine at MundusVini contest 2016) from our dear friend Pawel Gruntowski of Bodegas Toro Albalá
